After receiving a Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa, you have 12 months to purchase a property. You must complete all necessary steps, including signing the contract and paying the deposit, within this timeframe.

Note:

• You must purchase a property within one year of receiving approval.
• You must submit all documentation related to the property purchase to the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) through your agent within 12 months.
• Failure to meet the property purchase requirement will result in the revocation of the MM2H visa.
