MM2H Renewal

The MM2H Visa is renewable every 5 to 20 Year (Depends on MM2H Category). It is recommended to begin the renewal process at least 3 months before the visa expires to ensure a smooth transition. The entire renewal process typically takes 30 to 60 working days to complete. Planning ahead is essential to avoid any interruptions in your visa status and to allow ample time for any necessary documentation or additional requirements.

MM2H Extension

If you need to replace your passport, you must apply for a visa transfer from the old passport to the new one. During this transfer process, if the original MM2H visa is valid for less than 10 years, you can claim the balance of the visa duration up to the full 10 years, provided the new passport is still valid. The entire visa transfer process typically takes 1 to 3 working days to complete. This ensures that your visa remains valid and is properly linked to your new passport without any interruptions.

MM2H Visa Termination

If MM2H Visa holders decide to return to their home country, they must terminate their MM2H visa. The process requires the visa holder to be personally present in Malaysia and to surrender their passport to an MM2H consultant for termination at the Immigration office. After the termination, a letter addressed to the bank will be provided to the visa holder, enabling them to withdraw their MM2H Fixed Deposit. The entire process typically takes 5 to 7 working days to complete. This ensures that the visa is properly terminated and all associated financial requirements are fulfilled.

Withdrawal of MM2H Fixed Deposit

MM2H visa holders have the option to withdraw part of their MM2H Fixed Deposit for specific purposes such as the purchase of property, medical treatment, or children's education. The withdrawal limits differ based on the visa category and age group: eMM2H Category: Visa holders can withdraw up to 50% of their fixed deposit for the approved purposes. These withdrawals are subject to the terms and conditions set by the MM2H program, ensuring that funds are used for the designated purposes.
