MM2H Application

Requirement Details
1. Letter of Application Submitted by the applicant.
2. Resume (Main Applicant) Must include:
• Academic qualification
• Working experiences
• Skills or expertise acquired
3. MM2H Application Form • One (1) copy required
Note: Each applicant and dependent must complete the form individually.
4. IM.12 Form (Social Visit Pass) • Three (3) copies required:
   - One (1) original copy
   - Two (2) photocopies
Note: Each applicant and dependent must complete the form individually.
5. Passport-Sized Photographs Four (4) recent colored passport-size photographs.
6. Passport/Travel Documents • Copy of all pages with certification on pages with personal particulars.
Note: If the passport was renewed within the last 12 months, a copy of the previous passport is required.
7. Personal Bond • Must be completed and signed by a Malaysian who is a Board Director, Shareholder, Managing Director, or Manager from an MM2H licensed company.
Note: Required only for the main applicant.
8. Letter of Good Conduct Issued by the applicant’s home country, either from:
• The police authority of the home country; OR
• The Embassy of the home country in Malaysia, with attestation and reference to the police authority.
9. Health Declaration Self-declaration of the applicant’s and dependents’ health conditions.
10. Marriage Certificate Certified copy required if applying with a spouse.
11. Birth Certificate / Legal Documents Required for dependents:
• Certified copy of birth certificate for children, adopted children, stepchildren, or parents.
• Confirmation letter from a Medical Specialist (for disabled children above 21 years old).
• Statutory Declaration confirming financial responsibility for dependents.
12. Proof of Financial Capability Certified copies of the latest 3 months’ bank statements or related financial documents.
13. Income Proof Latest 3 months' certified copies of:
   - Pay slips (if employed)
   - Income statements
   - Pension slips (if applicable)
14. Authorization Letter Authorization letter allowing Malaysia My Second Home Centre to verify financial documents with relevant financial institutions.
📌 Important Notes
• All copies must be certified as "True Copies of Original Documents" by the Embassy, High Commission, Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, or Government Official.
• Non-English documents must be translated by a qualified translator.
• Dependents include spouses, unmarried children under 21, and parents aged 60 and above.
• All submitted documents become the property of Malaysia My Second Home Centre.
• For approved participants, the Personal Bond must be stamped (RM 10.00) at the Stamping Office in the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

🚫 MM2H visa holders are NOT allowed to work or be employed in Malaysia.
Those seeking employment must apply for a work visa directly through the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
