Jessie is passionate about promoting the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Program globally and is a recognized speaker at MM2H roadshows and seminars in regions like Japan, Hong Kong, and other parts of Asia.

Pako Ho (Property Investment Consultant) brings over 20 years of international business development experience, with a strong focus on the property and immigration sectors. With 10 years of expertise in international property marketing, he has gained extensive experience in property investment and immigration matters, particularly across the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr. Ho also served as the Deputy Director of one of the largest property agency firms in Hong Kong, further refining his skills and network in the industry. Currently, Malaysia is his primary market of focus, where he provides expert services through dedication, assisting clients with their property investment and immigration needs.
His extensive knowledge and experience enable him to provide clients with well-rounded and informed advice.
Kevin Tan

Mr. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in property planning, development, and marketing since graduating in the USA. Throughout his career, he has also served as an advisor for a registered real estate agency involved in local and international marketing events and activities.
In addition to his extensive background in the property sector, Mr. Kevin has diversified his business ventures into various industries, including plantation and the food and beverage sectors, primarily in Malaysia and Thailand.
His broad business experience and strategic insights make him a well-rounded advisor, offering clients valuable guidance across multiple sectors.
Samuel Chin

Chin How Zet is a passionate youth activist and community leader, committed to promoting sustainable development and youth empowerment in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ASEAN’s objectives. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Personal Assistant to the Penang State Government and later spearheaded the George Town Festival Youth Ambassadors Program.
