After receiving a Malaysia My Second Home(MM2H) visa, You have 12 months to purchase your property by completing all necessary steps such as signing the sales and purchase contract and making the deposit payment within this timeframe. You may also enjoy mortgage services provided by banks in Malaysia.

• You must purchase a property within one year to maintain your approval status.
• Failure to meet the property purchase requirement will result in the revocation of the MM2H visa.
